Salesforce is arguably the leading cloud-based CRM technology in the World today. System Integrators, Consultants, and other Professionals don’t just use or consult in the best way to use the technology. They also find themselves in a whole ecosystem comprising:-

The ecosystem provides a set of certifications – each concerning a specific business domain, such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, etc. – used for professionals to prove credentials and proficiencies.
